Villa Sera

Villa Sera is located in the peaceful area of Akbel in Kalkan. As it lies high up on the hillside, it offers breath-taking views of the bay below and the surrounding mountains.

The villa has an impressive 7 bedrooms, allowing for up to 14 guests. The rooms are spread across three floors, and there are 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens so that large families and groups do not have to get under each other’s feet, with plenty of space and facilities everyone can stay comfortably together.

The villa has a modern design with high quality furniture and décor, with private pool, table tennis, and out door dining, there is plenty to do and plenty opportunity to have complete relaxation.
Although it is in a peaceful area, it is just a short drive to the centre of Kalkan, which is just 2km away.
 

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, bedside table, hair dryer, wardrobe, dressing table, access to pool area.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, air-conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table and a bathroom (in the hall).

Bedroom 3: Double bed, air-conditioning, dresser, hair dryer, wardrobe, dressing table, a bathroom and a toilet.

Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, air-conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe and bathroom (in the hall).

Bedroom 5: Double bed, air-conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, hair dryer, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 6: Double bed, air-conditioning, hair dryer, wardrobe, dressing table, a dresser and bathroom. Roof terrace.

Bedroom 7: 2 single beds, air-conditioning, hair dryer, wardrobe, a dressing table and a bathroom. Roof terrace.

Living Room: Two living rooms, the first one is open plan with the kitchen and main dining table, it has a TV, Satellite receiver, sofa set and armchairs, coffee table and end table.

The second one has a sofa set and extra dining table, TV, end table.
Kitchen: There are two kitchens.

The first one is open plan with the main living room, on the ground floor.

The second one is separate on the 1st floor.
Fully fitted and equipped with microwave, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, kettle, built-in hob, 14-person dinner set, cutlery, pots and pans, cups and glassware.

Outside: Private infinity swimming pool and sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols, outdoor dining table and chairs, BBQ, and table tennis.
Pool Dimensions: Length 9 m, Width 4 m, Depth 1.7 m.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
