Villa Tiger

Villa Tiger is a brand new, ultra modern and luxurious Villa located on the hillside of Kalkan with breath taking sea views, and views of Kalkan and the surrounding mountains. These views are maximised by the large windows and sliding doors, and the infinity swimming pool at the front of the property.
There are 4 luxury bedrooms, 3 king rooms and 1 twin room, which means the villa has a sleeping capacity of 8 people, perfect for a large family, two small families, or several couples. There is plenty space so guests don’t get under each other’s feet, and the villa is light and airy, with plenty air-conditioning making it perfect for those summer months.

Bedrooms: 4

Bedroom 1: King Size bed, en-suite, air-conditioning, LCD TV, large balcony, sea views.

Bedroom 2: King Size bed, en-suite, air-conditioning, large balcony, sea views.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds (can be put together), air-conditioning, en-suite, large balcony.

Bedroom 4: King Size bed, air-conditioning, sliding doors with access to pool terrace and sea views.

Bathrooms: 4

Living Room: Modern and comfortable lounge are with Satellite TV, DVD player, speaker system, wireless internet, large sliding doors with access to pool area, air-conditioning.

Kitchen: Large, modern, luxury, and fully fitted kitchen, fully equipped with cooker, hob, built in microwave, American fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, blender, scales.

Utility Room: Large utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, spare bedding.

Security: CCTV around the villa, security screen which enables guests to view CCTV cameras.

Outside: Private garden, terrace and Swimming pool. Terrace has sun loungers for 8 people, outdoor dining area under sun canopy. Infinity pool looks out over amazing sea view, there is also a shallow end which has a fence round and combines as a jacuzzi. BBQ.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
