This is a large, spacious and modern 2 bedroom villa located in the beloved village of Kayakoy. Just 5 minutes drive from the popular holiday resort of Hisaronu, and 5 minutes drive from Gemiler beach, and yet it is a haven of peace, tranquillity, and natural beauty. The world famous Oludeniz beach is 7.5km away.
The villa is completely private and secluded which means it is perfect for couples and people on their honeymoon. It is also ideal for a small family who wish to enjoy their holiday in complete privacy.
The interior of the villa is modern and spacious, yet homely and comfortable, with everything you will need during your stay.

Kitchen: Modern American Kitchen, fully equipped with Fridge, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Oven, built in hob, Toaster, Kettle, 4 Person Dining Set, pans, pots, cutlery.

Outside: Sunbathing Area, Private swimming Pool And Private Garden, sun loungers, 4 persons Rattan table and chairs and Grill.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
