The villa is about 20-30 min drive outside Olu Deniz away from most tourists in a lovely rural location. It’s extremely quiet with only a little noise from the road and the Faralya village mosque. The villa is set in a really prominent position with STUNNING, STUNNING views over the Mediterranean. It’s very peaceful and private set in amongst grape vines, fig, lemon and olive trees. The owner lives nearby and was on hand to deal with a few minor teething issues. He was very kind and responsive. We greatly appreciated the home grown grapes, peaches, honey and figs given to us. The villa was very tastefully appointed and appeared brand new. The villa was spotless when we entered. The pool was a perfect size for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the private and rural location - a hire car is necessary. I would definitely recommend this property. Scott

Just returned from a 10 day holiday. The villa was spacious, well set out and in a perfect location. The pool was lovely and well maintained. Would recommend. Leanne at the villa rental company was very helpful.

We stayed here in June for 8 nights and paid for Turkey 5* rates. It is a lovely big Villa with lovely character, but sadly would not return. We arrived in the middle of the night ( as do most flights from the UK) and there was NO toilet paper in any of the 5 bathrooms....Kitchen crockery and glasses were not enough for 3 people all the 7 mugs were chipped. The site advertises TV, but NO English channels, which we have received at other Villas in Turkey... Absolutely Rubbish Wi-Fi and internet connection that stopped working completely after 4 days. The outside terraces from the upstairs bedrooms had NO furniture to sit on at all and the floors were dirty. The front terrace by front door had wooden furniture with no cushions available to sit on, we were a party of 7 and had 5 sunbeds and 1 occasional table at first. When asked we had another 2 sunbeds delivered and 1 more table which was taken back after 24 hours. The hot water was not hot and only warm about 5pm, enough for 3 or 4 people to shower. The Floors on the whole Villa were disgustingly dirty, we had to keep shoes on indoors. It is a shame as the location and house has potential.

The Villa accommodates to everybody’s wishes: resting next to the pool, enjoying the spendid sea and montain views, Lician hiking trails to Kabak, Oludeniz, Kayakoy. Playing games (in TV room, Ping Pong, Card games), BBQ’ing while enjoying the sunset, walking to the sea (400 m) and rest on or jump from the rocks. WONDERFUL

De ligging, kwaliteit en exclusieve klasse van de VILLA WHITE HOUSE is ronduit schitterend te noemen. Ideaal als je op een unieke plaats in de natuur, van een stijlvolle rust of actieve vakantie houdt. Toch is het meer bruisende Ölüdeniz makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer (dolmus) elke 30 min of met de auto in een 20-tal minuutjes, een auto raad ik aan om makkelijk uw boodschappen te kunnen doen. Op een 200m van de villa kun je eventueel heerlijk ontbijten/eten in een lokaal restaurant met een fantastisch uitzicht ( Yörūk Evi). In de villa is alles voorhanden (meer dan thuis zelfs), je hoeft eigenlijk enkel kleren en toiletgerief mee te nemen. Zo zijn er ruim voldoende handdoeken, en is de villa van kwaliteits-en stijlvolle materialen voorzien zoals in b.v. de keuken, BBQ, …. De wifi werkte bij ons perfect zonder onderbrekingen, had voldoende dekking over het ganse terrein. Ik keek dagelijks naar het nieuws via internet-tv zonder problemen. De oriëntatie van de villa is echt fantastisch. Zo heb je vanuit de villa in heel de breedte zicht op zee zonder enig storend obstakel. Tijdens de dag vind je toch voldoende schaduw en zonplaatsen rond het zwembad en de villa. Tijdens de avond kun je echt genieten vanop het terras van een frontale zonsondergang in de zee (met een glaasje wijn)! De tuin/zwembadjongen (Mahmut) is zeer behulpzaam indien je wat hulp of info nodig hebt, komt dagelijks het zwembad reinigen. Toegang vanaf de straat tot het huis is (tijdelijk nog) een onverharde weg (50 a 100m), maar zowel met de auto als te voet is het best goed te doen. De reden is dat er nog een paar gebouwen verderop, waarvan je geen last hebt of ziet vanuit het huis, in opbouw zijn. Wij willen er zeker nogmaals naartoe. Chris Sas

We stayed at Zakkum Evi for the first two weeks of May 2017. The villa is lovely - beautifully decorated and furnished. It has everything you could need including a water cooler so no need to constantly stock up with bottles of drinking water! HIgh standard fully equipped kitchen, lots of nice little details. Wi fi, TV with 8 english channels. The very pleasant owner, Cath, is English and lives close by. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The garden is very pretty and completely secluded with its own pool which is really unusual with a one-bed villa and was the main reason we decided to book in the first place. So glad we did! The villa is in the small hamlet of Keciler, about 20 mins walk from the centre of Kayakoy, in a farming valley surrounded by mountains. Lovely views, very peaceful - apart of course from the call to prayer 5 times a day from the local mosques which only lasts a few minutes but is all part of a visit to Turkey and you get used to it very quickly!

We have just returned from a family holiday renting this Villa and found it to be excellent. The villa was well laid out and all the facilities in excellent working order. The pool was large and along with the gardens well maintained throughout the holiday. (The depth of the pool is 2.2M at the deep end) The location of the villa was perfect as it was only a 10-12 minute walk into the centre of Dalyan; with 2 supermarkets closer still. The welcome from the owners was exceptional as was the provision of a "shop" for our first night as we did not arrive until 11.00 pm on the saturday night. they help with luggage from the taxi right into the villa itself. They were always available in the event of a problem. All in all, fantastic villa in great location giving all a fabulous holiday. Both the villa & resort of Dalyan highly recommended.
