Arslan Evi is a luxury villa located in a fantastic area of hisaronu at the top of the hill that descends into Oludeniz, so guests are in a perfect position between two popular holiday resorts, the hustle and bustle of Hisaronu, and the breathtaking Oludeniz beach and blue lagoon. 

The interior of the villa has been furnished with luxury materials and has been designed in a unique and tasteful manner. There is a sauna, Turkish bath, and a heated covered pool. 

 

1-Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite is the family bedroom. There is 1 double bed, LCD TV, jacuzzi, wardrobe and nightstand. Bathroom / WC is available. (1st Floor)

2-Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite is the family bedroom. There is 1 double bed, LCD TV, armchair wardrobe and nightstand. Bathroom / WC is available. (1st Floor)

3-Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite is the teenage bedroom. There is 1 single bed, wardrobe and nightstand. Bathroom / WC is available. (Penthouse)

4-Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite is the teenage bedroom. There is 1 single bed, wardrobe and nightstand. Bathroom / WC is available. (Penthouse)

 

Living Room: Comfortable seating area, open plan with dining area and kitchen, direct access to the pool and garden.

 

Kitchen: Modern kitchen comes complete with everything you will need for a self catering holiday.

Garden: There is a pool, 4 sun loungers, umbrellas, swings, sitting group, dining table and chairs and barbecue in the garden.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool. Pool dimensions are 8 m x 4 m; Depth is 1.40 m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Extras: Sauna, Turkish bath/Hamam, heated covered pool. 

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.
