Buse Duo is the epitome of luxury with an infinity pool looking over the Kalkan bay, whilst the large, spacious villa holds 5 bedrooms each with panoramic sea views.

The interior is modern and sophisticated and has been furnished with only high quality furnishings and decor. Another great aspect of this villa is that it is close to Kalkan centre and is in walking distance, but please note the steep uphill when walking back.

Bedrooms: Buse Duo has 5 en-suite bedrooms, each with sea and nature view. One of these rooms has a private jacuzzi. All rooms have balconies with sea and nature views.

3.Floor Room (en-suite): The young room is air conditioned and has 2 single comfort beds, vanity table, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom-WC and balcony in the room.

4.Bedroom (Master suite): Air-conditioned. 1 king size bed, LCD TV, private jacuzzi, nightstand, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom and WC.

5.Floor room (en-suite): It is air-conditioned and has 2 single comfort beds, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom-WC and balcony in the room.

The games room has a pool table, table football, table tennis and a treadmill.

Garden In the garden, there are pool, children’s pool, dining table, pergola seating and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers and parasols.

It has a pool with hot tub and a children’s pool. Pool dimensions 10.5 m. x 4.5 m. The depth is 1.5 m. Garden and pool maintenance is done once a day by the staff.

The kitchen Villa Buse Duo features modern American kitchens. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner, electric kettle, toaster, toaster, pot and pan set, 12-person tableware, spoon and cutlery set and cups. . The kitchen is located on the pool floor.

Extras The Villa Buse Duo features wireless internet, an alarm system for security and a games room. Our villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way. The villa is cleaned once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is carried out once a day. Bed linens and clean bedding sets and towels are available.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly by staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas prices are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered as clean and cleaned once a week. Extra new linen and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health care etc. Insurances are not included in the prices. Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 1000 Turkish Lira is required upon arrival. If there is no problem, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
