Faralya Villas 2

Villas 2 Faralya, Turkey is one of the favorite resorts in Muğla’s Fethiye district is situated in the locality Faralya. The design of 2019 is very modern and all the details are considered for the guests. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.

It offers unforgettable holiday enjoyment with enchanting turquoise sea views while behind forage green pine forests in front. Each bedroom has its own private WC & bathroom. The location and location of the villa is a villa option for our guests who want to get away from the noise of the city.

There are 4 villas in the same structure. Crowded families and groups of friends can rent 4 villas together.

Private parking is available. It is designed for floor heating in winter.

Bedrooms

1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, vanity table, bathroom & WC.

2.Bedroom: 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom & WC.

Living Room: In the modern living room, there are sitting group, TV, TV table, coffee table, iron, ironing board, broom machine. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool terrace. There is a shared WC and bathroom in the hallway.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen has a dining table for 6 people, microwave, teapot, toaster, refrigerator, kitchen appliances, dishwasher. There is an exit from the kitchen to the pool terrace.

Garden: Private swimming pool, deck chairs, parasols, dining table, barbecue, seating group.

Pool: The dimensions of the private swimming pool are 7,5 m x 3,5 m Depth: 1,60 m. There is a jacuzzi.

Internet: The villa has Wi-fi. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers. Using Internet; emails, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites; Watching movies and videos, downloading files is not enough.

Important information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. There is no fee. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurances are not included in the prices.

All of our villas are located in the nature and regularly sprayed. Despite this, the environment; butterfly, insect, fly etc. We do not guarantee 100% invisible in our protected villas. There is always a 10% avoidance in these villas.

Special Note about Faralya; in terms of geographical structure, is a settlement on the slope. Faralya is 10 km away from Ölüdeniz and it is a winding road. In order to reach all of our cottages in Faralya and surrounding villages, we go uphill. Faralya; is a quiet settlement in terms of geographical structure.

NOTE: The villa pictures in our site are taken with 12-18 mm Wide Angle Lens to fit the image to the screen. Therefore, the objects in the pictures may appear to be larger than the reality.

Prices for 2019 have been updated. Prices are valid from 1-15 September to August.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:

Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit of £100 is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

Please note that there is a 300 metre gravel road up leading up to the villa.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
