Villa Ada Kalkan 2 is an impressive ultra luxurious 5 bedroom villa located on the hillside of Kalkan in the highly sought after area of Kalamar. Its elevated position provides amazing sea views, surrounded by the distant mountains, and all the goings on of Kalkan below.

The poolside area complete with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor furniture, billiards table and table tennis, allow you to make the most of the beautiful surroundings, and you will notice how serene and calming the view is. The inside of the villa is oozing with luxury, style, and comfort with the large open plan ground floor which combines the modern kitchen, dining area, and living area. The bedrooms all continue this luxury feel, and there are 2 bedrooms with a jacuzzi bath for our guest’s ultimate relaxation.
There is also a fitness centre.

Villa Ada Kalkan is located in the front of the villa so both villas can be rented allowing for a capacity of 18 people.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Air-conditioned double suite family bedroom with 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, bathroom and WC (Ground Floor).

2. Bedroom: Air-conditioned double suite family bedroom with 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC (Ground Floor).

3. Bedroom: Air-conditioned suite family bedroom with nature and sea views. 1 bedroom with double bed, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom / WC and balcony (1st floor).

4. Bedroom: Air-conditioned suite family bedroom with nature and sea view. The suite bedroom has 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom / WC and exit to the balcony (1st floor).

5. Bedroom: Air-conditioned suite with a young bedroom with nature and sea views. 1 bedroom with double bed, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom / WC and balcony (1st floor).

Living Room: There are two lounge areas, air-conditioning, sea views, comfortable seating, TV, satellite receiver and modem for internet. There is a pool-side exit from the lounge.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, built-in stove, oven, microwave, pans and cookware, electric kettle, toaster, 10-person dinner set, cutlery, cups and glasses.

Garden: Private garden and swimming pool, arbor, sitting area for 6 people, dining table for 8 people and chairs, 9 sun loungers, parasols, billiards, table tennis, shower, barbecue.

Pool: L-shaped private swimming pool and the pool measures 8 m. x 4 m., depth is 1.70 m. Pool and garden maintenance is done 1 once per day morning or evening.

Internet: The villa has Wi-fi. Not sufficient for downloading/streaming.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Check-in time: 4pm.

Check-out time: 10am.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
