Villa Aka is a beautiful stone built 3 storey villa located in the picturesque holiday village of Ovacik. The location is perfect because there it is close to Oludeniz beach (5 mins drive, 10 mins bus), and also close to the main harbour town of Fethiye (10 mins drive). Ovacik is a laid back village and yet has plenty shops and restaurants, and neighbours the more lively village of Hisaronu. It gives the best of both worlds, peace and country side, and yet close to everything going on.
The villa has 3 bedrooms which sleep up to 5 people, and there are two sofa beds in the living rooms which means the sleeping capacity is 7 people.
There are two living rooms and two kitchens, which means guests have plenty of space, and the villa is furnished and decorated with luxury furniture.
There is also a private pool and garden.

Bedroom 1: 1 single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom toilet.

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, wardrobe, balcony, air conditioning, shared bathroom.

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, wardrobe, balcony, bedside tables, air conditioning, a bathroom.

Living Room: Fireplace in the lounge overlooking the garden and pool area, comfortable sofas, LCD TV, air conditioning, 6-seater dining table, toilet and sink, balcony.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, cutlery, pots, pans, electric kettle, toaster, 6-seater dining suite.

Outside: Private swimming pool and garden, garden furniture - table and chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, BBQ.
Pool size: Width: 3-5m, Length: 8.00m, Depth: 1.5m. 
Pool garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
