Villa Atlas

Villa Atlas, is a self catering, large, luxury stone villa build newly on hill side of Kayakoy, Villa has secluded pool with a magnificent location perched on a hillside with fantastic views of the ‘Ghost Town’ of Kaya Köy and across the valley It is backed by forestry land and guests may be woken to the gentle sound of goat bells. The hamlet of Keçiler is 10 minutes drive from the harbour town of Fethiye which was the main port for the Lycian coast and 15 minutes from Olüdeniz beach on the famous turquoise coast. There are also numerous places of historical interest within easy distance. Also many local walks and activities for those who want more than relaxing by pool.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Family Bedroom – air conditioned,1 double bed, Wardrobe, dressing table, french balcony, bedside table, and hairdryer. Bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Family Bedroom - air conditioned, 1 double bed, Wardrobe,french balcony, Dressing Table, Bedside table, bathroom and balcony.

Bedroom 3: Family Bedroom- air conditioned, 2 single beds, Wardrobe, Dressing Table, french balcony, Bedside table, bathroom and balcony.

Bathrooms: 3

Kitchen: Modern design kitchen which is fully equipped with Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Oven, hob, Kettle, 6 Seater Dining Set, Pans, Pots and cutlery are available.

Living Room: comfortable lounge with a fireplace, satellite receiver, LCD TV, dining table for 6 people.

Outside: Pool Terrace Sunbathing Area,  Private Swimming Pool and Landscaped private garden, Garden Furniture - four-person table and chairs, 4 sun loungers, sun umbrellas and barbecue. Pool Size 7.5m. X 4m. Depth 1.6 M. Pool And Garden Care Day Care Attendant is done by first Times in the morning or evening.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:

Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
