2nd Bedroom: The suite is a family room with air conditioning (can be separated) and has a TV, wardrobe, vanity table, dresser, bathroom and WC. There are two armchairs and one coffee table. (1st Floor)

3rd Bedroom: Air-conditioned double suite family bedroom (separable) with panoramic sea view from a distance and 1 double bed, TV, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, dresser, balcony, women’s dressing room, bathroom and WC. . There are two armchairs and one coffee table.

4th Bedroom: Air-conditioned double suite family bedroom (can be separated) with panoramic sea view from a distance and there is 1 double bed, TV, wardrobe, vanity table, dresser, balcony, bathroom and WC. There are two armchairs and one coffee table.

Living Room: furnished with large, spacious seating group, TV, TV unit, satellite receiver and internet (Wi-fi), 6-person dining table, iron and ironing board. There is a shared toilet in the living room. There is a sitting group overlooking the fireplace and a large sitting group apart from it. The balcony of the hall has a view of the sea from a distance.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen located on the 1st floor. There is a small kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen includes a microwave oven, built-in oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle kettle, built-in 4-stove, 6-person dinner set, spoon and cutlery, cookware and pan set, glasses. .

Pool: There is a private swimming pool in the garden measuring 10 meters in length, 5.5 meters in width and 1.80 meters in depth. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Private Garden: In the large and spacious garden, there is a pool, a sun bed, 5 sun loungers, a hammock and a barbecue.

Internet: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, cross-sections from internet service providers may be experienced. 

NOTE: The villa pictures in our site are taken with 12-18 mm Wide Angle Lens to fit the image to the screen. Therefore, the objects in the pictures may appear to be larger than the reality.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
