Villa Erik

Villa Erik is a lovely 3 bedroom villa located in Kayakoy. With a secluded pool and garden, it is perfect for couples on their honeymoon, or for small families who want to enjoy the villa in complete privacy.
This villa has everything you will need, all the comforts of home plus a great outside space to relax and enjoy the summer weather.

The inside of the villa has been furnished to a high standard, and is light and cool making it a perfect summer house.
It also has a partner villa, Villa Erik, so two families can rent both villas and enjoy their holidays together and yet still have their own space and facilities.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Double bed, dressing table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside tables, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, bedside tables, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, dressing table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside tables, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room:  Seating area/sofa set, satellite receiver, TV, air conditioning, fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, cooker, kettle, 6-seater dining set, pans, pots, cutlery, knife set.

Internet: There is wireless internet connection.

Outside: Private and secluded swimming pool and garden. Pool dimensions: length 7 m, width 4 m, depth 1.5 m.
The garden and pool maintenance is carried out once per day.

There are sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue, garden furniture, chairs and tables.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.
Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

Check-in time: 4pm.

Check-out time: 10am.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
