Villa Golondrina, located in Hisaronu, one of the famous holiday regions of Fethiye, is a wonderful villa for nuclear families with its lush garden, table tennis and private swimming pool. Our villa, which has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people, is also advantageous with its proximity to the center.

NOTE: An extra 500 TL cleaning fee is required for rentals of less than 1 week.

NOTE : There is a baby bed in our villa.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and air conditioner in the room.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe and air conditioning in the room.

Living Room: There is a sitting group, TV, air conditioner and direct access to the pool terrace in the living room.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, Turkish coffee and filter coffee machine, tea machine, toaster, 4-burner set, kitchen utensils (plates & glasses, pots & pans, etc.) and a dining table. .

Pool: Dimensions in the private garden; There is a private swimming pool of 12 x 4 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, table tennis, sitting group and dining table in the lush private garden.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. Spraying is done regularly in our villa. Despite this, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.

Internet: There is Wi-fi in the villa. 

General note for all villas in the Ölüdeniz region: Infrastructure works can be done periodically in Ölüdeniz-Ovacık and Hisarönü regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water cuts may occur.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit
