Villa Greenscape is located in the sought after area of Kalamar, Kalkan, and has breath-taking panoramic views of the sea. It has 7 rooms and accommodates up to 16 people, which makes it perfect for large or multiple families. The house had been designed with a modern and elegant design. The villa, which has special features such as a large pool and terrace as well as a jacuzzi, is waiting to provide you with an unforgettable holiday.

The layout of the villa is as follows; on the basement Floor is a large one bedroom en-suite with 1 Double Bed, and a games and gym room
On the ground floor there is the modern kitchen open plan with the living room and dining area, plus on en-suite bedroom. 
Upstairs on the first floor are 3 more en-suite bedrooms.
On the roof floor is the penthouse, which has one bedroom en-suite with 1 Double Bed and 2 single Beds, and One En-suite Bedroom with double bed. Each room has its own roof terrace.

Living room: Spacious and modern living room with a stylish and comfortable sofa set, TV, air conditioning, satellite TV.

Kitchen: There is a modern style American kitchen fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, cooker, washing machine, pot and pan set, dinner set, cutlery and cups.

Pool: Private infinity swimming pool. Dimensions of the pool: 12 m. x 4 m depth is 1.45 m. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out by the staff once a day, morning and evening.

Garden: Large terrace area around the pool, dining table, garden seating, sun loungers, umbrellas and barbecue.

Extras: There is a jacuzzi on the balcony of the villa. 

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Check-out time: 10am.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
