Villa Levissi is a large, luxury, 5-bedroom villa located in the charming andhistoric village of Kayakoy.It is set in beautiful countryside, with peaceful and tranquil surroundings, and yet it is within easy reach to Oludeniz beach (10 minutes drive) and the main town of Fethiye (15 minutes drive).The villa is 1.5km away from Kayakoy centre, but there is a local shop just half a kilometre away and the nearest restaurant is 800m. The villa has a private and secluded large swimming pool and garden. The inside of the villa has been tastefully and luxuriously furnished, and is fully equipped with everything you will need. The 5 spacious bedrooms allow for up to 10 guests to sleep comfortably therefore this villa is ideal for large families and groups.

Living Room: Stylish and comfortable seating area with fireplace, air conditioning, 10-seater dining table and chairs, satellite TV.

Kitchen: Spacious and modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, hob, oven, cutlery and knife sets, toaster, pots and pans, dinner set for 10 people, cups.

Outside: Private and secluded large swimming pool, depth: 1.5 m, length: 12 m, width: 7 m.

Private and secluded garden with sun terrace, seating area, 8 chairs, Showers, and maintenance carried out once per day, morning or evening. 

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
