Villa Mithat 2, Oludeniz Ovacik is located on the outskirts of the famous Babadag in 2014 is a newly built luxury villa built factory. Pool villa is 60 square meters in the villa you will experience endless holiday pleasure. Our villa is 5 bedroom and entertainment center Hisaronu 15 minutes walk. It has its own garden and pool. It has 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa has a baby bed, baby table and safety deposit box.

Bedrooms There are 5 bedrooms in our villa and all rooms are air-conditioned.

2. Bedroom: Family bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom (in the lounge)

3. Bedroom: Young bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, vanity table, terrace, bathroom (in the living room)

4. Bedroom: Young bedroom 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, vanity table, terrace, bathroom (in the hall).

5th Bedroom: Young Bedroom 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, vanity table, terrace, bathroom (in the lounge)

Pool Includes a private swimming pool.

Pool Dimensions Length is 10 meters, width is 6.5 meters and depth is 1.50 meters

Garden Sunbathing area, private pool, shower, 10 loungers and seating group.

Kitchen The modern American kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-hob, toaster, dinnerware for 10 people, pans, pots and cutlery.

Living room, satellite TV, room, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, bathroom, toilet and sink.

Internet Wireless internet connection is available.

Extras Villa Mithat, we deliver to the guests cleanly. Villa cleaning is done once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning was done once a day. Bedrooms have clean bedding and towels.

Important information Electricity, water, gas rental is included in the villa rental price. There is also no charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, species, excursions, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurances were included in the prices.

Damage Desosito Damage, loss, broken, spill, etc. Please note that a deposit of 500 Turkish Lira is required upon arrival. We will refund the deposit at the exit of the villa when there are no problems such as broken shed, loss, loss.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
