Villa Oscar is a beautiful, ultra luxury villa located on the outskirts of Oludeniz in a charming village called Faralya, which is situated on the mountain side overlooking the stunning blue sea and surrounding mountains. This villa has a very unique concept, different to any other villas in the Fethiye region. It is secluded to provide guests with complete privacy and has an infinity pool which looks directly onto the bright blue sea below.

The villa has 4 bedrooms which sleep up to 8 people, and it lays across 4 acres of land which is completely unseen from anybody outside the property. This is the idea villa for anyone who wants a a luxury holiday in a peaceful, luxurious location, and it is only 300 metres from the sea. The villa has CCTV.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms are Airconditioned and have sea view

Bedroom 1: Double Bed, Wardrobe, Bathroom, Toilet, Air Conditioning, Balcony and Sea View Balcony.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen with sea views, fully equipped with Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Oven, Microwave Oven, Built-in cooker,  Electric Kettle, Toaster, 8 Person Dining Set, Pans, Pots, Crockery and Cutlery.

Outside:  Private Swimming Pool and garden, Deck chairs on the terrace, sun umbrellas, Stone Construction BBQ, Shower, Dining Table, Chairs. Dimensions of Pool: 15 Metres x 4.5 metres, Depth: 1.6 metres.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:

Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

Please note that there is a 300 metre gravel road up leading up to the villa.
