Villa Pamco is a luxury villa located in Marmaris / Gölbel. Gölbel locality has all the beauty of nature. Wonderful nature and sea views will warm you. Marmaris is about 8 - 10 minutes drive from the center and has a central location. Villa Pamco has a spacious spacious lounge, an American kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The villa has a large and spacious garden and will provide guests with a unique and peaceful holiday. The pool and garden are 90% sheltered and 10% avoidance is available.

Important Note: At the point where the pool terrace is located, the guards are rope, and the pool is infinite and there is no protection at the front of the pool. Families with children need to be careful or not an ideal villa for families with children. Please note that the entrance time in this villa is 16:00.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Air-conditioned suite with sea view. The suite has a wardrobe, a double bed and a children’s room and a single bed, a baby bed, a high chair, a dressing table and a bathroom. There is a 2nd bedroom and a common terrace with large sea views. (2nd floor)

2. Bedroom: Master suite bedroom with air-conditioned sea view. The suite has a wardrobe, 1 double bed, balcony, dresser, vanity table and bathroom. 1st bedroom with shared sea and nature view terrace. (2nd floor)

3.Bedroom: Aike bedroom 1 double bed, nightstand, air conditioning. (1st floor)

The air-conditioned lounge offers nature and panoramic sea views. The lounge has a table and chairs, comfortable sitting group, fireplace iron and ironing board, LCD TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, and sink. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool side. The lounge is on the pool floor.

Kitchen There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave, built-in 4-hob, electric kettle, spoon and cutlery, cookware and pans, dinnerware for 7 people, glasses. The kitchen is located on the pool floor.

Pool There is a partially protected pool. length is 14 meters width is 4 meters and depth is 1.7 meters.

Private Garden The private garden has a sun terrace with great sea views, pool, garden seating, parasols, dining table and chairs, deck chairs and barbecue.

Internet Wi-fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, cross-sections from internet service providers may be experienced. Using Internet; emails, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites; Watching movies and videos, downloading files is not enough.

Extras Villa Pamco includes a wireless modem. Our villa is delivered to guests in a clean way. Villa cleaning is done once a week. All rooms and lounge have air conditioning.

Important information Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. There is no fee. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurances are not included in the prices.
All of our villas are located in the nature and regularly sprayed. Despite this, the environment; butterfly, insect, fly etc. There is a possibility.

Damage deposit Damage, loss, broken, spill, etc. Please note that a deposit of 1000 Turkish Lira is required upon arrival. When there are no problems such as broken broken, damaged, lost or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
