Kalkan Villa Sarı is located in the Kızıltaş area of ​​Kalkan town of Antalya.  Villa Sarı is a villa where families of 6 people and groups of friends can stay with its calm and quiet environment, private garden and swimming pool, and Kalkan can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. You can go to Kalkan in 2 minutes by car. The luxury villa garden has a barbecue and barbecue parties. Our villa is comfortable and fully furnished.

Garden In the private garden there are sunbeds, pool, barbecue, dining table and chairs, sun umbrella.

Pool There is a private swimming pool and in addition to the pool, there is a jacuzzi. Pool dimensions 10 m x 5,50 m. The depth is 1.50 m. Garden and pool maintenance is done once a day in the morning or in the evening.

Kitchen Kalkan Villa Sarı has a modern American kitchen and villa kitchen has nature and sea view. Washing machine in the kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, built-in 4-stove, microwave oven, toaster, built-in oven, 6-person dinner set, electric kettle kettle, pot and pan set, spoon and fork set, toaster and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Salon Kalkan Villa Yellow hall has a sea and nature view. There are air conditioner DVD Player, satellite receiver, TV, sitting group, music player, vacuum cleaner, sink, iron and ironing board in the living room. There is an exit to the poolside and is located on the pool floor.

Bedrooms There are 3 bedrooms in the villa. The air-conditioned bedrooms have clean linens and towels.

1st Bedroom: Master suite room is air-conditioned. There is a bedside table, 1 double bed, wardrobe, hair dryer, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and balcony in the bedroom and it is located on the 1st floor.

2nd Bedroom: Suit room and air-conditioned. There is a bedside table, 1 double bed, wardrobe, hair dryer, vanity table, bathroom and balcony in the bedroom and it is located on the 1st floor.

3rd Bedroom: The suite is a teen room and air-conditioned. There is a bedside table, 2 single beds, wardrobe, hair dryer, vanity table and bathroom in the bedroom and it is located on the attic.

Internet: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, cross-sections from internet service providers may be experienced. 

NOTE: The villa pictures in our site are taken with 12-18 mm Wide Angle Lens to fit the image to the screen. Therefore, the objects in the pictures may appear to be larger than the reality.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
