Villa Tas Konak is located in the famous historic village of Kayakoy. Surrounded with beautiful countryside, in a peaceful setting, is this 4-bedroom luxury villa with an annex building as well allowing extra space and comfort.

The villa has a private garden and private swimming pool that is partially secluded, which means it cannot be seen easily from outside.

Inside it has been tastefully decorated and furnished, and is fully equipped with everything you will need.

The distance from the airport is 60 km., Public transportation, grocery stores and restaurants are 2km away in the centre of Kayakoy, and it is 6 km from the beach.

Bedroom 1:  Family bedroom with 1 double bed, wardrobe, communal bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Twin room with two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, communal bathroom outside of room.

Bedroom 3:  Family bedroom with 1 double bed, wardrobe, communal bathroom.

Bedroom 4: Family bedroom with 1 double bed, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet are located. Family bedrooms are located in the annex building.

Clean bed linen sets, air-conditioned.

Living Room: Modern and spacious lounge with comfortable seating area, pool view, TV, Satellite Receiver, Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, table and chairs, internet, Access to pool area.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen which is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in oven, built-in hob, toaster, water dispenser, electric kettle, espresso machine, pots and pans, 6-seater dining set, fork and knife set tea, coffee, water glasses.

Pool Private, partially secluded swimming pool with a depth of 1.6 m, a length of 6.5 m, and a width of 3 m.

Garden Private garden and sun terrace, built on 2 acres of land and lush gardens that are well maintained. Sun umbrellas, dining table and chairs, 2 single sun loungers, one double sun lounger, shower, and stone BBQ.

Pool and garden maintenance is done once per day, in the morning or evening.

İnternet The villa has an internet connection.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
