This large 6 bedroom modern villa is perfect for those seeking a luxurious and secluded holiday  above one of the most popular tourist destinations. Villa White House is located in Faralya, which is an idyllic countryside village up the mountain side above Oludeniz.
The location has the advantage of being peaceful and tranquil, with beautiful surroundings and magnificent panoramic views of the sea and mountains, and yet the you can reach the tourist resorts by bus or car.

The villa comfortably holds 12 people, with 6 spacious bedrooms so you can bring family and friends and enjoy a completely private holiday as the pool is secluded, which means that it is not overlooked and can’t be seen from outside the property.

The interior of the house has been furnished and decorated with complete luxury and a contemporary, stylish design.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air-conditioning, a dresser, a bathroom and a toilet. Suite room with balcony and balcony with sea view. (Upstairs)

2. Bedroom: Suite with sea view, family bedroom has 1 double bed, air-conditioning, dresser, bathroom (shared). (Upstairs)

3. Bedroom: Suite with sea view, family bedroom has 1 double bed, air-conditioning, dresser, bathroom (shared). (Upstairs)

4. Bedroom: The suite with sea view has 1 double bed, air conditioner, dresser, bathroom and toilet. (Upstairs)

5. Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite has 1 double bed, a dresser, a bathroom and a toilet. (Entrance floor)

6. Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite has 1 double bed, a dresser, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. (Pool side as well)

Living room: The lounge has a vast sea view, comfortable seating area, and is open plan with the dining and kitchen area.

Other: vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and modem for internet in the air conditioned lounge.
Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers. Using Internet; mailing, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; movie and video viewing, downloading files will use a lot of internet and will cause it to slow down. It is important to note that all households have a ‘fair usage limit’ on internet data usage.

Kitchen: Villa White House has a spacious, American-style kitchen that offers guests the opportunity to dine against the sea view. Toaster, fridge, washing machine, 4-hob, built-in oven, electric kettle, microwave oven, cutlery, pots and pans etc, dining table for 8 persons.

Outside: Secluded swimming pool, Length: 9,30 m., Width: 5 m, Depth: 1,50 m-1,95 m. The pool and garden are maintained in the morning or evening once a day. There is a sun terrace by the pool.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.

Damage Deposit: an accidental damage deposit is required when you arrive, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if everything is in order. If anything is broken or damaged we will deduct the cost of repair/replacement from your returned deposit.

Other information: Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.

Check-out time: 10am.

For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
